One of my A+ Clients called while I was in Seattle last week. He was confused about my trip to meet with my "coach." I'll share it again right here with all my clients. Normally I meet with my coach four times a year. He runs the largest and most successful business coaching company in the country. The Reason? I continually work to learn to serve my clients at a higher level. You place a great deal of trust in me with your real property and or the referrals of your family and friends. I owe my clients at least four sessions of intense schooling a year based on their support.
Be very careful. Even magazine covers with your name and address should be shredded. Next month I'll have a big list of guidelines to help protect yourself.
I just heard this statistic on Monday. It's reported that only 15% of the U S population made new Year's Resolutions. That's not very encouraging. Maybe some rethinking needs to be done. The world is changing like crazy and the hope of the future seems quite bright to me. I made some specific and some not too specific goals. Since I heard that statistic, I've vowed to complete the establishment of my resolutions as a demonstration of faith in the future. More on that next month. I'm making a fresh commitment to excellence. It's partly associated with firm goals for me personally and my family and also what I do for my clients.
Annette and I have battled ants off and on ever since we moved to Sacramento. Containment, a standoff/truce was all that we were able to accomplish. That amounted to no ants in the house, but still lots around the foundation and sometimes in the garage. That has all changed. We are now ant free, for over a month. I found "the guy;" new chemicals is supposedly the answer. Check with me for ongoing report. Our ant man is Michael Stonebraker, 339-1110
Big success! Allison Smith, a client, and still part time "stay at home Mon" is now my assistant. You can reach Allison from around 10:00A - 2:00P depending on the schedule with the boys. Call her and wish her well. She's great.
This is something that we talked a lot about when video cameras were new. Now that they are "old hat" and the novelty has worn off, we forget. Take the time to video your home! If there is ever a disastrous event that video will make working with your insurance company much easier, you won't forget what you have lost. That's something you just can't do from memory.
