I've been a Realtor since 1977, and hold a variety of professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist, plus a BS in marketing and business. The first half of my career was spent in eastern Kansas working as a Real Estate Broker, much as I do here today. The Midwest and high plains are where my roots are and I carry the work ethic associated with that heritage to this day.

Although my preferences in real estate are the creative aspect of marketing and merchandising homes for sellers; close to half of my business comes from working with buyers. That's because marketing great homes brings great buyers that respond to my personal approach.
I do Residential Real Estate both new and existing. Mostly working with families or singles that are moving on and wanting to sell their home or people searching for that dream home.
